Position Overview
The Entry-Level Event Coordinator will support event planning, logistics, and on-site event operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional experience in event coordination, marketing support, customer engagement, and project organization.Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members regarding event logistics.
- Help maintain event schedules, planning documents, and project timelines.
- Prepare event materials, promotional displays, and informational resources.
- Track event attendance and assist with compiling post-event reports.
- Represent client brands professionally during events and promotional activities.
- Address attendee questions and provide information about products, services, or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure events are organized and completed successfully.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
