Job Role: Laboratory – Histology TechShift: Day (4x10 Hours, 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)
Facility Name: MedStar Georgetown University HospitalFacility Location: 3800 Reservoir Rd NW, Washington, DC 20007
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospital clinical laboratory
- ASCP HTL certification required
- Strong experience in histology procedures & tissue processing
- Experience with IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
- Knowledge of grossing, fixation, embedding, microtomy, and staining techniques
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or equivalent certification required
ASCP HTL certification required
