(hours may vary depending on patient accommodations, may work weekends if in agreement with therapist and patient). No on-call required.

Requirements:

MD is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 Year Experience
Must have Oasis documentation and Homecare Homebase EMR system experience
BLS
