Compensation: Up to $1,750 per week (based on experience and route)

Position Overview

This is a late-model fleet position with modern equipment and a supportive dispatch team.

• Late-Model Fleet: All tractors and trailers are under 18 months old, equipped with the latest safety technology, collision mitigation, and automatic transmissions.
• Localized Corridors: Primary lanes include I-71, I-70, I-80, I-76, and I-77, serving markets in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. You will stay close to the Mansfield hub and avoid extended layovers.

• Pet & Rider Policy: Bring your furry co-pilot. We allow well-behaved pets on board. Rider program available after 90 days of safe driving (spouse or dependent).
• Consistent Miles: Expect 2,200 to 2,600 miles per week with a pay ceiling near $1,750 weekly. No forced dispatch on weekends.

Strict Safety Gate Requirements

Our safety standards are non-negotiable. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria within the last 2 years:

• No more than 1 preventable accident (any type, regardless of fault classification).
• No more than 2 moving violations (including speeding, failure to obey traffic control devices, or improper lane changes).
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years.

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Mandatory: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Safe handling of freight, including tarping and securing loads when applicable.
• Must be 21 years or older.

• 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (under 18 months old).
• 53' dry van trailers with aerodynamic skirts and liftgate options.
• In-cab telematics, ELD (electronic logging device), and forward-facing camera.
• Pre-pass and weigh station bypass systems to save time.

• Base pay: $0.62 - $0.68 per mile (based on experience).
• Weekly guarantee: $1,250 minimum; realistic earnings cap near $1,750.
• Stop pay: $35 per stop after the second stop.
