OB SUMMARYhe Outside Sales Representative works closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute
customer ccount strategies, utilizing a customer relationship management tool for effective
communication and eporting. This role is responsible for achieving annual sales targets by driving
market development and ostering growth in both channel and customer relationships.

coordination xperience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of internal
management and staff, as well s external customers and vendors.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching

- Education, Training, Experience and Abilities
o Bachelor"s degree in business or related field is preferred.
o 6+ years" experience in sales and marketing, preferably capital goods and even more so with atransportation company or transportation related manufacturer.
o Experience creating and executing sales plans.
o Experience with direct sales, one-tier and two-tier distribution systems and knowledge ofinternational commerce.
o Demonstrated ability in product presentation and technical selling.
o Proven customer service skills at an outstanding level in a professional environment.
o Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members in a manufacturing and motorvehicle environment.
o Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, outside contractors and customers.
o Ability to facilitate activities necessary to a project"s completion, meeting deadlines andachieving required results.
o Experience with writing and reviewing contractual language.
o Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and possess a high level ofself-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
o Must have demonstrated history of impeccable integrity, ethics and fair play.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office.
o Must observe safety standards established by the Company; cooperate with the Company in
maintaining a safe workplace; report any potential hazards to management; and be aware of emergency
