Job Description- Support daily on-site supervision of multifamily and student housing projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and verify work aligns with plans and schedules
- Assist with safety enforcement, quality control, and site logistics
- Track progress, identify constraints, and communicate field updates
- Participate in inspections, punch walks, and closeout activities
- Maintain daily reports, photos, and field documentation

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 2-5 years of field experience in multifamily or commercial construction
- Familiarity with construction sequencing and site operations
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong communication skills with field teams and subcontractors
- Willingness to travel as needed; per diem provided
- Competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $115,600 annually.
