Job Description: Client is seeking a seasoned QA Lead to join a dynamic technology team. This role will partner with another individual to co-lead quality assurance efforts across three agile teams spanning offshore and nearshore locations. Key Responsibilities: Co-lead QA oversight for three agile teams alongside.
Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across booking, e-commerce, and cruise-related platforms. Drive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with sprint cycles.
Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices. Handle direct feedback with professionalism and adaptability. Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development. Qualifications: 1015 years of QA experience, including team leadership.
Strong background in manual testing and QA process management. Experience managing offshore teams and working in distributed environments. Industry experience in cruise, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred. Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
