Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Requirements:
- Active New Mexico RN license or compact license
- BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- At least one prior 13-week travel assignment required
- Must be flexible and able to float within the facility and to local locations within 20 miles
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPIC experience (training available on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel as needed
- Complete required unit competencies and education
