-conditioning, refrigeration, steam or high-temperature water or electricity in the CUP.

Citizen and possess an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Essential Responsibilities:- Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system and to meet demand for the service provided
- Record logs in various aspects of the systems operation, keeping the engines, machinery and equipment of the system in good working order
- Direct and coordinate activities of other workers in performing task directly related to operating and maintaining the system or systems
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Must be skilled in the repair of electronic control equipment; workers in establishments producing electricity, steam, or heated or cooled air.
- Ability to lift 45 lbs.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must possess and maintain an active DoD TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Minimum Knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MD stationary engineer license level 1 or DC stationary engineer level 3 required.
