CNC Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:- Machine tending: safely load and unload parts from the CNC machine, ensuring the machining area is clear and ready for the next cycle.
- In-process inspection: perform continuous quality checks on finished parts using calipers and micrometers, immediately alerting the lead machinist to any parts out of tolerance.
- Deburring and finishing: use hand tools to deburr, clean, and prepare machined components for the next step in the fabrication process.
- Program support: assist senior CNC operators with simple tasks like touching off tools and making basic offset adjustments.
- Maintenance support: maintain a clean work cell, including managing chips, coolant levels, and general machine cleanliness.
work hours: 06:00 AM - 02:20 PM
dress code:Safety Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant steel-toe or composite-toe work boots are required to safely navigate the machining floor and material-handling areas. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Eye protection (ANSI-approved safety glasses with side shields) and hearing protection are mandatory when operating machinery.
Additional gear, such as gloves or face shields, should be worn as required by specific machining or grinding tasks. General Shop Attire: Work-appropriate, durable clothing (such as fitted work shirts and heavy pants like denim or canvas) suitable for a variable-temperature shop environment.
Safety Restrictions: Loose clothing, dangling jewelry, unconfined long hair, or neckwear are strictly prohibited near rotating machine spindles, lathes, mills, and moving equipment.
