Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Producer to partner closely with our in-house content production team and clients — supporting projects from brief to delivery. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, production, and account management teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution.As someone who loves experiential marketing and events, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the work of content, creative and design teams, managing processes, driving efficiency across programs, and jumping in wherever needed. You’ll be part of the core client team across a portfolio of brands and projects, US and international in scope, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This role combines client service, creative problem-solving, and production oversight. This is a remote opportunity for a contact up to 6 months, with the possibility of going full-time. Must be able to travel up to 30%.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Production Oversight- Support multiple presentation, video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery
- Build and track timelines, assist in vendor quotes and management, and track deliverables across all stakeholders
- Keep content workbooks, production schedules, and deliverables current
- Help maintain accurate project documentation and support adherence to legal requirements and internal approval processes
- Assist in reviewing content to help ensure it meets XDA quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical-specific requirements
- Asset Management Assistance: Support the organization and maintenance of content assets, helping ensure proper versioning, metadata, and accessibility for internal teams and cross-functional partners
- Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between design, creative, and production
- Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management
Valued Skills & Experience- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player. We are a small agency and we sometimes wear multiple hats.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Calm, proactive approach under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
- Familiarity with Google worksuite, Airtable, ClickUp or similar project tools
- Be an active member of our community, bringing your energy, authenticity, and experience to the formal and informal parts of our team
- Familiarity with video production and/or event production workflows
- Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups
- This is currently a 6-month contract position with the potential of a full-time hire in Q4 of 2026.
