Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
- Current, active PTA license or state-required credential to practice in Georgia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a licensed PTA preferred for home health caseloads. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with home health practice, including conducting home visits and documenting patient status per physician orders.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, internet navigation, electronic documentation, user names and password concepts, and online training platforms.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required for home visits. Agency-required liability insurance required.
