Co-Op: Mechanical Engineer, New Product Development (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities:

• Completing New Product Development (NPD) testing and creating corresponding test reports
• Developing solutions to problems based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• 3D Prototyping novel concepts and designs
• Developing test specifications and designing test fixtures
• Collaborating with international associates as needed to complete project goals

Qualifications:

• Hands-on technical aptitude for product design, development, and evaluation
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and a sharp attention to detail
• Appreciation for Safety

Must be available for the Fall 2026 semester, full-time, from August-December.
