💼 Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Deliver care to patients with neurological and cardiac conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
- Float to similar units as needed
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- Strong telemetry skills (required)
- Experience with neuro patients
- Previous travel experience required
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
- Every other weekend & holiday required
- No on-call requirement
- Floating to similar units may be required
- Telemetry competency test administered on Day 1
