GovCIO is currently hiring for a Database Administrator to support our US Mint program. This position will be located in Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position.
Responsibilities- Assist Sr.
- Experience in optimizing database performance and security.
- Design, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle and SQL databases.
- Apply practical skills, training, and experience to ensure database reliability and performance.
- 3 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of Oracle and SQL database design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Practical skills and training in database administration.
- At least one certification(s) prior to onboarding and the second within six months: Microsoft Certified Azure database Administrator Associates Professional, Oracle Certified Associate.
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- preferred.
