Our client is a well‑established, highly respected General Contractor headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with over 40 years of success in the market. Job Description- Project Management: Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $200K to $10M+, from inception through completion
- Schedule Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, buyouts, and closeout activities
- Quality Control: Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met
- Documentation: Utilize MS Project for scheduling and ProjectSight (Procore‑like platform) for project management and documentation
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Client-Facing: Support business relationships through professionalism and repeat‑client engagement

The Successful Applicant- 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience with reputable General Contractors
- Strong background in both ground‑up construction and interior fit‑out projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently rather than only large single projects
- Experience managing projects valued approximately $5M-$20M, with flexibility across smaller and mid‑sized scopes
- Comfortable being client‑facing and operating independently with minimal oversight
- Experience running projects start‑to‑finish, including preconstruction through closeout
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- College degree preferred but not required-experience is valued over formal education
- NYC interiors experience is acceptable if the candidate resides in New Jersey and is commutable
- Competitive Base Salary: up to 170K (commensurate with experience)
