Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130

- Contract Duration: 6 weeks (April 16, 2026 – May 28, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts

- Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse (RN)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Work 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont (required)
- BLS certification through AHA
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including Long Term Care (LTC) nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required (travel RN or Travel Nurse background preferred)
- Experience and comfort working with dementia and memory care residents
- Willingness to float to other units as needed to support facility staffing
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation not accessible)
- Ability to work assigned hours and communicate preplanned time off upfront
- Complete work history information required for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality long-term care nursing to residents in an LTC setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions, document progress in the EMR, and ensure timely charting
- Provide specialized dementia care and adapt approaches to meet resident behavior and safety needs
- Float to other units as required to meet facility needs and maintain continuity of resident care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and LTC best practices
- Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations to support resident care
