Job Description
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • +/- 5-12 years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up commercial and/or multifamily construction projects from start to completion
  • Project values can range from $30M - $100M+
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
