- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- +/- 5-12 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up commercial and/or multifamily construction projects from start to completion
- Project values can range from $30M - $100M+
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
