Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Support students with social, emotional, and academic goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Background in behavioral health, education, or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
