Direct Hire | Full-Time | 3x12 Hour Shifts
A community-focused healthcare facility in Show Low, AZ is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join their fast-paced Emergency Department. This position is ideal for an RN who thrives in a high-acuity environment and is confident managing a wide range of emergency cases including trauma, cardiac, and neurological conditions
Position Overview- Permanent, full-time position
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Department

- Manage a wide range of conditions including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
Requirements
Experience & Skills- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Required)
- Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (Required)
- 30 private ER rooms
- 6-room Emergency Department Observation Unit (EDOU)
- 6 fast-track beds for lower acuity cases
- 1 seclusion room + 5 monitored rooms
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: typically 1:3 or 1:4
- Approximately 100 patients seen per day
- Support staff includes 5 ER techs during peak hours
- EMR: Allscripts (Sunrise)
- Medication system: Omnicell
- Full-time
- 3x12-hour shifts
- 36-hour weekly guarantee
