Duties:
Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.Under the supervision of a Director of Nursing provides frontline Medical/Surgical leadership at the unit level for one or more units. This is for an Associate DON position
Shift Time: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
