As a Case Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping our legal operations running smoothly. From tracking high-stakes deadlines to coordinating attorney schedules and ensuring clients and attorneys feel supported, you'll be at the center of it all.

What You'll Do

Keep Cases Moving
  • Attend attorney meetings, capture key decisions, action items, and deadlines
  • Maintain and update case blueprints and case management tracker to reflect current case status
  • Monitor critical deadlines — including Statute of Limitations, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Arbitrations, etc.
  • Review the Trial Matrix and proactively send pre-trial reminders to managing attorneys and handling attorneys.
  • Track case progress and report updates during monthly team meetings
Support Client Relationships
  • Ensuring client introductions are completed,
  • Maintaining communication schedules with clients
  • Coordinating reassignment communications,
  • Handling non-responsive client follow-ups,
  • And overall helping facilitate attorney-client communication flow.
Coordinate Scheduling & Coverage
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in coordination with managing attorneys
  • Identify attorney coverage when colleagues are in trial
  • Monitor team communications to ensure scheduling needs are addressed quickly

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a legal or case management setting is a plus, but not required
  • Must be flexible and comfortable working extended hours as needed to support litigation deadlines, trial schedules, and case demands.

  • Hourly pay: $25-$27 BOE
