Associate Product Designer (W2 Contract)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - onsite required)Duration: Contract through December 2026

Pay Range: $30-$40/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an Associate Product Designerto support a global, enterprise-level digital products team. This role partners closely with User Experience leadership and collaborates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Research teams spanning multiple time zones.
You will play a key role in delivering user-centered, accessible, and inclusive digital experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms
Key Responsibilities- Translate ideas into user-focused solutions by collaborating with product managers, developers, researchers, and CX partners
- Apply design thinking methodologies to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Produce key design deliverables, including:
- High-fidelity prototypes
- Wireframes
- User flows and journey maps
- Information architecture and personas
- Advocate for the user by incorporating customer insights and usability feedback
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, brand, and usability standards
- Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and business impact
- 1+ year of experience in product design, UX design, or visual design
- Working knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with Figma or comparable design tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work end-to-end
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and openness to feedback

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
