Location: Sacramento, CAStatus: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized support with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals).
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
- Assist with medication (for Level 3 caregivers).
- Support residents with communication/behavioral needs (for Level 4 caregivers).
- Follow infection control procedures and document care activities.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
Caregiver Levels:
- Level 1 – General Support: Companionship & safety monitoring.
- Level 2 – Personal Care: Hands-on ADL support.
- Level 3 – Medication Technician: Assists with medications & documentation.
- Level 4 – Behavior Support Specialist: Behavioral support & de-escalation.

Requirements:
✅ At least 18 years old
✅ TB clearance & health screening (LIC 503)
✅ Fingerprinting & background clearance (LIC 508)
✅ First Aid & CPR certification (training available)
✅ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. & assist with transfers
(Experience in senior care preferred, but training provided)
