Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with PICU and NICU experience for a night shift travel assignment at a children's hospital in Oregon.
Details- Inpatient acute care children's hospital setting providing full spectrum of respiratory therapy services
- PICU and NICU patient population
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
- No on-call requirements
- May be required to float to a nearby affiliate hospital; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Current RRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in PICU and NICU settings required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active Oregon (OR) license required if applicable
- COVID vaccination proof required; no exemptions
- Two manager or supervisor references from within the last 24 months required; charge nurse references are not acceptable
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate; no radius restriction
- Candidates who are former employees of or previous travelers at this facility must have a reference completed by the manager who supervised them at that facility
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been gone for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of consideration and may not exceed 2 weeks
