JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer- Regional Strike Programs to work from their Pittsfield, MA facility. As a Systems Engineer on the Regional Strike Programs, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software and systems solutions. This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems

Agile experience preferred.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Workplace Options: This role is on-site at our Pittsfield, MA facility facility, with flexibility for occasional hybrid work

• While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
