Registered Nurse – Antepartum - RNA26-04941

Duration: Contract Assignment

The Antepartum RN provides specialized care for high-risk pregnant patients including preterm labor and pregnancy-related complications in a fast-paced acute care setting.

• Active RN License – Required
• Minimum 2 years Antepartum experience – Required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP – Required
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification – Required
• Prior travel experience – Highly preferred
• Strong high-risk OB nursing experience – Required
• Ability to float across units and sister facilities – Required
• Must be comfortable with high-acuity obstetric care

• Care for high-risk antepartum patients (preterm labor, PPROM, pre-eclampsia)
• Administer and monitor high-risk medications (Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin, Heparin)
• Monitor fetal and maternal status using Epic and Perigen systems
• Collaborate with OB physicians and care teams
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
• Provide patient education and emotional support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Float to other units/sister campuses as required
• Adhere strictly to hospital protocols and timelines
