Role
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care while coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, triage, and manage patient care needs
- Administer medications and assist with procedures
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Coordinate care with providers and other departments
- Handle patient calls and requests efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and HIPAA
- Support daily patient flow and clinic operations
- Day shift
- May include high patient volume and fast-paced environment
