salary: $120,000 - 170,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
Serve as the main point of contact for owners and stakeholders
Partner with Superintendents to manage field execution
Run weekly project meetings and keep teams aligned
Manage subcontractor buyout, performance and payments
Oversee budgets, forecasts and cost control
Ensure projects hit quality, schedule and safety expectations

Requirements

Experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven ability to lead teams and produce quality results
Deep understanding of construction methods, costs and scheduling
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience managing budgets, change orders, and forecasting
Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
