Job Summary:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and swallowing therapy services across multiple care settings. The ideal candidate will focus on improving communication and swallowing outcomes while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and direct speech-language pathology services
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Perform screenings as scheduled
- Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation
- Communicate patient progress with supervisors
- Participate in facility programs and quality initiatives
- Assist with outreach or marketing efforts if needed
- Travel to assigned facilities as required
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work across multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation
- Experience in SNF / long-term care settings
- Knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory guidelines
