Requirements:Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the appropriate state and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, rehabilitation center, or post-acute care environment is preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, balance rehabilitation, and fall prevention strategies. Strong communication and documentation skills are required to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and maintain accurate patient records within electronic medical record systems.
