We are seeking a capable and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our IGA store.
Location: Halls Creek WA 6770Remuneration: $80,000 to $83,000 p.a. plus superannuation
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficient store performanceMonitor sales, margins, and expenses to maintain financial performance
Prepare sales forecasts and manage store budgets
Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational and customer service standards
Implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising in line with IGA standards
Manage pricing, stock control, and inventory levels
Ensure availability of fresh and grocery products across all departments
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies
Develop and enforce store procedures, including health and safety standards
Requirements
At least 1 year of full-time or equivalent part time experience in a similar retail management roleA relevant qualification at Diploma level or higher is preferred, or an additional year of relevant experience
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supermarket environment
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
