Lifecycle Operations Program Quality Manager I (F-35) with Security Clearance
- Providing clear communication of quality requirements to all affected disciplines
- Collaborating with factory and program leadership to ensure resources and priorities are aligned
- Driving comprehensive Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) through to closure
- Reviewing and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
- Overseeing and executing Quality Management Systems Audits
- Writing Basis of Estimate (BOE) and supporting proposalsBecause this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite across several New Hampshire facilities and remotely to support your team's schedule. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related work experience or 12+ years of related work experience
- Sound understanding of Quality Science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, Auditing)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented; ability and desire to work with a hybrid team
- Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or technical field
- Master's Degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (or the desire to obtain)
- Leadership or management experience with direct reports
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards (AS9100, AS9102, AS9145)
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) trained/certified
- Experience with Sustainment & Field Returns
- Sound understanding of the Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal process
- Experience interfacing with customers Pay Information
- Time Salary Range: $132962
- $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
