• Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily activities such as eating, walking, and toileting
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Document patient care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
