Job Description- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 & ISO)
- Act as Management Representative for all quality and compliance matters
- Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
- Interface directly with customers, auditors, and suppliers on quality topics
- Oversee inspections, training, documentation, and audit readiness
- Ensure MIL‑spec compliance across RF/MW products and sub‑assemblies

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Direct experience in defense or regulated electronics manufacturing
- Hands‑on knowledge of MIL‑STD‑883 and MIL‑STD‑38534
- Strong background with AS9100 and ISO quality systems
- Experience with FMEA, FAI, CAPA, and failure analysis
- Engineering background (RF/MW or electronics strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD.
- True ownership of quality, not a delegated or passive role
- Small team (≈50 people) with visibility and influence across the business
- Defense programs with long‑term stability and technical complexity
