Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries and concerns from clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about our services and assist with any questions or issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed
