Responsibilities

We are seeking a bilingual HR Receptionist to join our team at the Delano office. This role will report directly to me and is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys supporting employees in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible to allow for training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Assist with onboarding processes and employee inquiries
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Coordinate meetings and support office operations

Qualifications:

• bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in an office environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Receptionist Duties (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Excel (2 years of experience is preferred)
