SUMMARY:

Family Practice clinic with 8 providers. Mon-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays
Busy family practice clinic. Sees all ages, great teamwork in clinic, excellent and experienced providers.
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Routine immunizations, setting up equipment for Well Woman exams, point of care testing (Strep, flu, pregnancy testing, A1Cs). Visual eye acuity charts.
Common Equipment: EKG's, A1C machine, Point of care testing machines,Clinical Skill Comments: Collecting and recording patient vital signs, home medication intake, history intake, point of care testing, assiting provider with needed procedures. Triage skills for pt phone calls, input orders for labs/procedures, chart prep for clinic day per provider preference, relaying results and answering questions as they arise, completing and obtaining prior authorizations.
