Plumbing Designer

Are you ready to shape innovative solutions? Our client in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a talented Plumbing Designer to join their empowering team! If you bring 5 to 10 years of experience in plumbing design, strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

responsibilities:

• Independently produce detailed plumbing designs (waste, vent, water, stormwater) for advanced facilities by modeling in Revit.
• Collaborate and coordinate work activities with multidisciplinary teams, project management, clients, and construction personnel.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to perform clash detection, clash resolution, and cross-discipline building system coordination.
• Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings to ensure smooth project progression throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct periodic site visits to gather existing plumbing conditions and support on-site installation efforts.
