Responsibilities for HR Assistant II include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and manage inbound employee and HR-related calls.
  • Provide accurate information, assistance, or proper routing to relevant teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer service experience in every interaction.
  • Partner closely with the Payroll team to address employee inquiries.
  • Respond to payroll-related questions and guide employees toward resolution.
  • Ensure accurate escalation and follow-up of payroll issues.
  • Maintain and document employee data changes in HR systems.
  • Process tuition reimbursement requests.
  • Perform employee verification tasks (employment, income, etc.).
  • Generate and maintain performance reports and HR communications.
  • Handle policy-related inquiries and compliance acknowledgements.
  • Create, track, and update cases using case management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Ensure timely resolution and documentation of all cases.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and internal HR teams.
  • Interpret HR policies and procedures and communicate them effectively.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Candidates for HR Assistant II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in HR support, customer service, or HR contact center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or other case management systems.
  • Familiarity with call management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Spanish language skills (highly preferred).

Pay Details: $22.93 per hour
