In this key role, you'll drive Jumbo whole loan & non-agency MBS valuation models, stress testing, and risk strategies while advising executive leadership.
Must-Haves: 2–4 yrs market risk experience, non-agency MBS/structured credit expertise, & sharp analytical skills. CFA/FRM or Python a plus!

Responsibilities
This team supports mortgage onboarding within a leading FI organization. The team is only 4 people, so it is very tight nit and excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed. We are looking for a Market Risk Analyst with experience in second line oversight of market risk in non-agency Mortgages / Jumbo whole loans securitization businesses.The main function of a risk analyst is to identify, assess, and report on market risks that could impact business operations or objectives. This role acts as a subject matter expert, delivering guidance on complex market risk issues and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization and is responsible for conducting risk assessments, analyzing risk data, and recommending mitigation strategies.
