Job Description
  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing potential issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to maintain alignment and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster future partnerships.
