Job Description- Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing potential issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to maintain alignment and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster future partnerships.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience leading commercial property construction projects effectively and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
