Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for an exciting Travel or Local job in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities- Independently scrub and support liver transplant recipient procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation
- Assist surgeons during transplant and specialty surgical cases
- Ensure compliance with aseptic technique and OR safety standards
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and specialized OR equipment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff
- Support efficient room turnover and surgical workflow
- Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience
- Recent liver transplant experience required (hard requirement)
- Ability to independently scrub liver transplant recipient cases
- Experience with complex open abdominal procedures
- Strong OR knowledge in sterile technique and surgical setup
