Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and on-brand designs
• Create graphics and illustrations for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels
• Design and update company branding materials, such as logos, business cards, and letterheads
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality of all designs
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
• Communicate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
• Assist with other design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with web design and social media platforms is a plus
