Job Description
We're seeking a Windows Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance our client's Windows infrastructure while ensuring system stability, security, and performance. Senior-level Windows Administration experience is required, in addition to MECM/SCCM, Qualys, Splunk and Linux Administration.
This role requires 3-days onsite each week in Midtown Manhattan.- Administer and support Windows server and workstation environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage operating system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance using enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and system-related issues across Windows and virtualized environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, documentation, and operational processes to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant- 3+ years of experience with Windows Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM
- Experience with Qualys vulnerability management
- Working knowledge of Splunk
- Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred)
- VMware administration or engineering experience
- Scripting and automation skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
