Ensures order accuracy, handles routine to moderately complex inquiries, and supports quality control through order verification. Serves as an experienced team member and mentors Customer Service Representative I.
The selected candidate will be responsible for: Order Processing & Accuracy-Process and enter domestic orders accurately and in a timely manner (24 hr processing time)-Verify customer, pricing, and shipping details-Handle order changes, returns, and credits-Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment-Support order verification to ensure quality and complianceCustomer Support-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email-Provide order updates, tracking, and product information-Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex concerns-Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfactionAccount Management-Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain accurate records-Document interactions in ERP/CRM systems (IQMS, HubSpot)-Communicate proactively on order status and issues-Support onboarding and account needsTeam Support & Mentoring-Train and mentor CS Rep I on processes and systems-Collaborate with team members on orders and customer issues-Assist during high-volume periods and contribute to improvementsSystems & Compliance-Maintain accurate data and follow all SOPs and company policies-Generate reports and support system updates or data cleanup-Ensure confidentiality and participate in quality initiatives
The selected candidate will also possess: Education & Experience-High school diploma or equivalent required/College Degree a+-2-4 years of customer service or order processing experience-ERP/CRM experience preferred-Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries a plusSkills-Strong attention to detail and organization-Excellent communication and customer service skills-Problem-solving and time management abilities-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems Salary Range: $20 to $23.69/hour
