About the Opportunity:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and adapting to evolving production priorities.

What You'll Do:

Perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, rework, and repair of electronic and mechanical assemblies

Interpret complex wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to support build and test activities

Test, troubleshoot, and validate electronic, optical, and mechanical products, including prototypes and production units

Provide technical support to engineers and scientists on components, materials, and processes

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and all applicable state, federal, and certification requirements

Inspect finished products to verify quality standards, including pass/fail criteria, and document results

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency while managing multiple priorities and meeting production deadlines
