Senior Project Manager | Greater Phoenix Area

• Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Phoenix area and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile commercial projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.

• Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
• Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+
• Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
• Create and maintain the master schedule
• Assist in preconstruction planning
• Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
• Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

• 7-10+ years of project management experience.
• Land development experience preferred.
• Commercial project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
• Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
• Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
• Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
• Familiarity with Procore

• Base salary: $125-150K, based upon experience
• All in package: $160k+
