We are seeking a Facility Manager to provide on-site facility management support to assigned GSA Facilities. In this role, you will oversee building operations, inspections, and small construction projects while supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining facility performance.

- Serve as a primary point of contact supporting tenant agencies and stakeholders.
- Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using GSA formats.
- Provide Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) support for repair and alteration projects ranging from below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) up to prospectus-level projects.
- Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance with terms
- Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts (e.g., janitorial, mechanical, elevator), and operational services.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure service quality
- Support small construction and repair projects from start to closeout
- Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and government staff
- Track issues and prepare reports for review
- Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction
Qualifications
Required- 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or property management
- Working knowledge of building systems and safety standards
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
- Experience supporting federal or government facilities
- Exposure to construction or project coordination
- Familiarity with facility inspections and maintenance oversight
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
