Job Description- Leads day-to-day field operations for heavy highway projects such as highways, bridges, interchanges, and roadway reconstruction
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Supervises craft labor, foremen, subcontractors, and equipment utilization on-site
- Ensures compliance with DOT specifications, project plans, and quality standards
- Enforces site safety regulations and promotes a strong safety-first culture
- Coordinates inspections, testing, and documentation with owners and regulatory agencies
- Resolves field issues related to constructability, sequencing, and production efficiency
- Communicates regularly with project managers and engineers to report progress and risks

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience managing heavy highway construction projects such as roadways, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise crews, foremen, and subcontractors effectively
- Deep knowledge of DOT specifications, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and sequence work to meet production and budget goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address field challenges, constructability issues, and schedule impacts
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners
- Commitment to maintaining a safety-first culture and enforcing site safety programs
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and surveys accurately
